MESH DISCS
FOR REINFORCING GRINDING WHEEL
The
product is based on Fiberglass reinforced cloths for grinding
wheel, coated with phenolics or epoxy resin, then baked and punched.
There are two kinds of the product:
One is the disc compound non-weave cloth or black-paper
and the other is pure disc only.

The
weaves of the disc include leno weave, plain weave, leno and plain
weave, which could meet all the metric or British system.
The product is punched by the disc with inter-hole once shaped
process. So it has the characteristic of low error in size, high
in concentricity, trim in its girth, etc and widely used as reinforced
basal material of resin bound grinding wheel. The grinding wheel
made with this basal material has the function of heat resistance,
high-speed cutting and high strength in structure. |
